This Privacy Policy describes how Organization XIII Inc. d/b/a Vortex uses move-product-fast, an internal content publishing tool for Vortex-owned e-commerce operations. The tool is not offered to outside customers and does not allow third parties to create accounts or publish content.
When Vortex connects a social media account, we store the minimum account information returned by the platform authorization flow, such as account identifier, display name or handle, granted scopes, token expiration time, and OAuth access or refresh tokens. We also store the videos, captions, post identifiers, publishing status, and aggregate performance metrics for content Vortex publishes through the tool.
We do not collect private messages, follower lists, contact lists, passwords, payment card data, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information from social platform users. We do not scrape or profile TikTok users. We do not sell personal information.
We use connected-account tokens only to publish Vortex-owned content to Vortex-owned social accounts, refresh those tokens, check publishing status, and read aggregate metrics on posts we created. We use post metrics to decide whether a product test should continue, stop, or receive more distribution.
We do not sell, rent, or share platform account data with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties. We use service providers such as Convex, Cloudflare, Shopify, and the social platforms themselves only to host the application, store application data, serve media, operate the storefront, and publish content at Vortex's direction.
We retain connected-account tokens while the integration remains active. Publishing records and aggregate metrics are retained for operational audit, fraud prevention, and performance analysis unless deletion is requested or the integration is retired.
To request deletion, email support@mpf.vortex.nyc with the subject "move-product-fast data deletion". Vortex will revoke connected-account tokens, delete stored token records, and remove retained platform account metadata for the requested integration. A connected platform account owner may also revoke access directly through the platform's account settings.
Access to the tool is limited to Vortex operators. Tokens are stored in backend infrastructure and are not exposed in public client code.
