General policy questions can be answered automatically by support. Actual refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, warranty outcomes, exceptions, and chargebacks are reviewed manually by Vortex support. The automated support agent cannot approve, deny, or process those outcomes.
Email support@mpf.vortex.nyc with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. For damaged, defective, or wrong-item claims, include photos so support can review the request faster.
Support can look up order status and tracking from Shopify when the customer provides an order number or checkout email. If an order decision is needed, support will route it for human review.
Checkout currently supports the United States and Europe, including the UK and EU countries. Customers should enter their address at checkout to see exact rates and totals before payment.
