These Terms of Service govern Organization XIII Inc. d/b/a Vortex's use of move-product-fast, a private internal application operated by Vortex to research products and publish Vortex-owned marketing content to Vortex-owned social accounts.
move-product-fast is not a public software service, agency platform, social media management tool, or marketplace for third-party creators. No outside customer may create an account, connect a social account, upload content, schedule posts, or publish through the application.
Vortex is responsible for all content published through move-product-fast. Content must be owned by Vortex, licensed to Vortex, or otherwise authorized for Vortex to publish. The application may not be used to post illegal content, infringing content, deceptive content, malware, spam, or content that violates a connected platform's developer terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, or content policies.
Use of connected platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, remains subject to each platform's own terms and policies. If a platform restricts a publishing mode, privacy level, scope, or account capability, move-product-fast must respect that restriction.
The application must not be used to fake engagement, buy or exchange likes, comments, views, shares, or follows, operate engagement pods, impersonate another person or brand, or misrepresent the origin of content.
Only authorized Vortex operators may access the application. Operators must protect credentials and connected accounts and must revoke access if a token or account connection is no longer needed.
The tool is provided for Vortex's internal operations. Vortex is responsible for reviewing its own content and business claims before publication.
